KITCHEN
- Repair internal skin of brickwork in corner where old water main has been removed
- Investigate condition of lintel above window
-Repair and make good surrounding area

STAIRWELL
-Remove wall of plaster
-Apply plasterboard
-Re-plaster wall

BEDROOM
-Strip walls of existing plasterboard
-Brush down & treat all timbers with a low pressure spray treatment of a fungicide & woodworm preserver
-Fit 75mm Celotex inset into joists with taped edges
-Fit 12.5mm plasterboard over joist to create new wall surface
-Apply finishing plaster
-Fit new 100mm chamfered skirting boards

EXTERIOR
-Remove Lichen from Chimney Stack
-Apply Masonry Biocide to Chimney Stack
-Apply Stormdry Masonry Cream to Chimney Stack
-Tack back cable
- New gutters to be installed around the circumference of the building. Black PVC half round profile has been fitted.
- Repoint x2 chimneys stacks
