2nd FLOOR BATHROOM

-Remove existing tiles 
-Remove existing bathroom suite 
-Remove surface of cracked walls were required. (Some cracks removing loose plaster around the cracks to investigate further to see if there is any further works required)
-If further works are not necessary then the cracks will be raked out/ bonding applied/ and plaster surface
-Affix plasterboard to areas of wall surface removed to create flat surface
-Apply finishing plaster to newly created wall surfaces
-Prepare walls for tiling and redecoration and minor plastering/bonding to create flat surface in tiled areas  
-Overboard ceiling in 9.5mm plasterboard 
-Apply finishing plaster to Ceiling 
-Apply tiles to areas indicated on floorplan
-Construct vanity unit area combined with toilet in accordance with supplied plans  Installing a Oak worktop with sunken sink 
-Remove existing flooring to expose joists 
-Install 18-22mm OSB board to create level floor 
-Install 6mm Cement board for floor tiles to adhere 
-Apply Anti Condensation emulsion to ceiling 
-Apply emulsion with Anti Mould additive 
-Apply White gloss to woodwork excluding the door
-Install Door
