BATHROOM & LOUNGE FLOOR

BATHROOM 
-Remove existing tiles affixed to the wall surface 
-Prepare wall surfaces for tiling
-Apply finishing plaster where required to help achieve flat surface
-Affix tiles agreed with the client
-Affix White Tile trim where required 
-Apply White grout  
-Apply finishing plaster where the old bath was located 
-Construct box around the waste pipes and apply a white undercoat

-Apply gloss to woodwork boxing in of pipes 

-Apply emulsion to walls in the bathroom

-Apply white paint to the ceiling in the bathroom

LOUNGE 
-Use Floor Sander with 3 Grits of Sandpaper to remove the existing layers of varnish to the wooden floor in the lounge
-Apply 3 Coats of Satin stain to the lounge flooring after completion of Sanding
